Acts Of Kindness

ACTS 20:35
I have showed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, thank you for the countless blessings. My heart is filled with love; my mind is filled with thoughts of you; my life is good. I am grateful to learn all that you teach me. Praise you, for you are glorious indeed!

I pray for all the lost and lonely to know true love. I pray for your truth to be spread farther and wider; by giving us strength, courage and wisdom to do the (seemingly) impossible. Little prayer, little power! No prayer, no power! Lots of prayer, lots of power! Amen

BE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT

EPHESIANS 4:21-32
If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: that ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, I pray for forgiveness of my sin, as I forgive those who have sinned against me; for I understand whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. Moreover, I pray for all those with goodness in their heart know the truth and be made free. Amen

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, thank you for the countless blessings you provide, and for the goodness, beauty and joy that still exists today. We are blessed indeed. Amen

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, praise be to you for your love and eternal salvation. I pray all with inward goodness turn from sin and be renewed in the spirit and set forth to fight a good fight. Amen

The Lord Loveth

HEBREWS 12:1-7
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, my son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: for whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, where of all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

Father, Lord Christ & Holy Spirit, thank you for your countless blessings and infinite grace. I pray for all with goodness in their hearts to turn away from sin and be filled with gladness. Let us praise you fervently for all our days.

Overcome Evil With Good

ROMANS 12:9-21
Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, I pray that I not be conformed to this world, but be transformed and made acceptable before God. Thank you for your wisdom and teachings; guidance and love. Praise you for the gift of life and loving me in spite of my sinful nature.

I pray for all to acknowledge that it is better to give than to receive, and to demonstrate this in better outward activity, that we truly help one another.

God's Beauty In Rainbows And Butterflies

PSALMS 119:71
It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

I do miss my precious angel Angelica, who was the sweetest little sister. I believe with all my heart that God has freed you to enjoy all in Heaven, and I'm certain you love your butterfly wings. Blessed am I to have been loved by you. I'm sending millions of hugs and kisses to you somewhere over the rainbow.

Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
And the dreams that you dreamed of
Once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow blue birds fly
And the dreams that you dreamed of
...Dreams really do come true
Someday I'll wish upon a star and
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney tops that's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow blue birds fly
And the dream that you dare to, why, oh why can't I?
Well I see trees of green and red roses too,
I'll watch them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world
Well I see skies of blue and clouds of white
And the brightness of day
I like the dark and I think to myself
What a wonderful world
The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people passing by
I see friends shaking hands Saying, "How do you do?"
They're really saying, I...I love you
I hear babies cry and I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more than we'll know
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world
Someday I'll wish upon a star,
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney top that's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
And the dream that you dare to, why, oh why can't I?

With all my heart, mind and soul I give thanks unto God, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit for the precious gift of Angelica, and the many other wonderful beings that have touched my life deeply, who are now somewhere over the rainbow, way up high.

We Walk By Faith, Not By Sight

Through faith we are lifted up to unimaginable heights. My past is a testimony that little good comes from me. However, this day is proof that much good becomes of me with the love of Lord Christ and our wonderful Father.

II CORINTHIANS 5:7-8
For we walk by faith, not by sight: we are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

I was born into pain and suffering. I was uncomfortable in my mother's home and in my skin. Early in years I knew much darkness and wickedness of this world, and have experienced much heartache since. Each additional hurt was more damaging; never allowing me to fully recover from the previous devastation. How is it I remain hopeful to find the beauty within me?

II CORINTHIANS 12:9-10
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then I am strong.

I am convinced that every figurative and literal bruise and scar has been necessary for me to truly value God, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit above all. Although I have felt helpless, God planted a seed deep within me that bares purpose. I believe all God's creation is uniquely important, but countless men/women seek not God's will, thus are lost, confused, vulnerable and damaged.

GALATIANS 5:1
Stand fast therefore in the liberty where with Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

I often meet many people who are filled with much pain and suffering. I am grateful to God that he made me compassionate and loving, that I don't just sit and watch people suffer. I love! I do want to help in whatever way God allows. Perhaps there is value within my past: wisdom through experience; ability to give a genuine hug filled with care and affection at a time most needed; being able to listen to/understand the woes of others; giving unconditionally; being optimistic and hopeful; and sharing faith... can be a comfort unto a vulnerable soul.

HEBREWS 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, I pray for relief to all with goodness in their heart who experience pain and suffering. I pray for unwavering faith in your almighty power to draw us near and heal all hurts. Thank you for loving us and providing countless blessings. I pray we understand the magnitude of your goodness. I pray that we love you with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. In the name of your beloved Son and our precious Savior, I do pray for all glory to be unto you. Amen

God Is No Respecter Of Persons

THE ACTS 10:10:34-48
Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: but in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) that word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Father, I know Lord Christ is your beloved Son and our Savior. Lord Christ has power beyond our comprehension to heal and make whole. Praise Father! Praise Lord Christ! Praise Holy Spirit!

I pray for the lost, lonely and weak, and for those who cause pain and suffering; they know not the value of the kingdom beyond this earthly life. I pray that you shape and mold them in a fashion that brings all glory unto you. I pray that they be blind no more. I pray for great strength, patience and unwavering love; that your light shine through me unto many. Amen

Father, thank you for the magnificence of your countless blessings. Lord Christ, thank your for your purity of heart and soul, that remains our excellent example of how to be before God. Holy Spirit, thank you for the infinite blessings you bring forth and for being the best part of me.

The Commandments

EXODUS 20:1-20
And God spake all these words, saying, I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
  • Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
  • Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
  • Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
  • Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: but the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
  • Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
  • Thou shalt not kill.
  • Thou shalt not commit adultery.
  • Thou shalt not steal.
  • Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
  • Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
And all the people saw the thunderings, and lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die. And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

Thank you Father for your wisdom and teachings. Praise you for creating us and preparing our souls for eternal life. Father, I pray that your path be straight before us, and we fear you indeed so to seek nothing more that glory unto you through the spirit and love of your precious son Lord Christ. Praise Father! Praise Lord Christ! Praise Holy Spirit! Amen

With Lovingkindness & Tender Mercies

PSALMS 103:1-22
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's. The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed. He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remvereth that we are dust. As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so flourisheth. For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children; to such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them. The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

My soul is filled with much gladness and joy. I give thanks unto LORD GOD, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit for all the goodness within this life and for eternal life in Heaven. I praise your name Holy Father! Oh Excellent Father, Almighty GOD, I pray to truly love you with all my heart, mind, soul and strength forevermore. I pray for the lost and lonely to know your Holy Trinity as I do. Let us fear you completely that evil be removed from our lives forever. Glory be unto GOD! Amen

The Light Of The World

ST JOHN 8:31
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father. They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and come from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. Why do ye not understand my speech? Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Thank you Lord Christ for the true path unto GOD. Praise you Lord Christ, for you are the Light of the world! Glory be unto God, for no other so loves all his creations to send us the mighty conqueror of Satan and sin which dwells within us. Blessed are we to be so loved by God, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit. I pray that all with goodness in their heart look to Lord Christ for understanding, guidance and strength. Amen

Rejoice In Spirit

ST. LUKE 10:2-16
Therefore Jesus said unto the other appointed seventy, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way. And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house. And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again. And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say, Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city. Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. He that heareth you heareth me; he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

ST. LUKE 10:17-24
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And Jesus said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because you names are written in heaven. In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him. And he turned unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see: For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit, I pray for closeness unto you always. You are my wisdom, strength, love and life. I pray to be good in your sight, for you have made known to me many secrets of heaven and earth. I pray to love you with all my heart, soul, strength and mind forever. I pray for all others with inward goodness to love you truly and rejoice in spirit also. Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost! Amen

The Baptism Of Repentance For The Remission Of Sins

ST. LUKE 3:2-18
...The word of God came unto John (the baptist) the son of Zacharias in the wilderness. And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins; As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. Then said he to the multitude that came forth to be baptised of him, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bring not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. And the people asked him, saying, what shall we do then? He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise. Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do? And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you. And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.

And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not; John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable. And many other things in his exhortation preached he unto the people.

ST. LUKE 4:17-19
...And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias (Elijah). And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is the scripture fulfilled in your ears.

Almighty God, our great creator and loving Father, you provide us the truth to prepare our hearts, minds and souls for the baptism of repentance and remission of sins. You commanded Abraham to set Isaac, his beloved son, upon the alter for a sacrifice to demonstrated how you would later give unto us, your earthly children, the life of your beloved Son, Lord Christ; the greatest sacrifice of all. And you continue to teach us and prepare us, that all generation know the truth and the way.

It is Lord Christ who heals us, delivers us from evil, gives us strength and sets us straight upon the path of righteousness and grace. Praise you Father, for your love is immeasurable. Praise you Lord Christ, for you are greatest in Earth and Heaven. Praise you Holy Spirit, for your good works never fail God or Lord Christ. I pray that all with goodness in their heart repent and turn from sin, that they be cleansed and made whole; in the name and Spirit of Lord Christ, for God's glory. Amen

Be Not Afraid, Only Believe

ST. MATTHEW 16:24-28
Then Jesus said unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and loses his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

Although I am blessed indeed and loved beyond measure, I am not without vulnerability. Satan knows the weakness of my flesh, and solicits/tempts according to which is most distracting/luring away from our Lord, Father and Holy Spirit. I dare not trust myself, lest I fail; rather believe in our Lord Christ, who serves as our great defender, having conquered evil behind and before us. Praise Lord Christ! Praise Father! Praise Holy Spirit! I pray for others to look not unto themselves for your wisdom, strength and glory. Amen

ST. MARK 5:25-34
And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace...

Unto our Father, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit I pray that others Be not afraid, only believe (ST. MARK 5:36). Thank you Father. Thank you Lord Christ. Thank you Holy Spirit. Praise Father! Praise Lord Christ! Praise Holy Spirit! I love you Father. I love you Lord Christ. I love you Holy Spirit. Forevermore! Amen

Truly Blessed Are Those Who Have Been Healed

ST. MATTHEW 12:43-45
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

ST. MATTHEW 13:15-16
...For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

Oh great Lord Christ, I love you openly and wholly. I praise you for your patience, wisdom, grace, righteousness, strength, comfort and LOVE. You are greatest above all men; you are our mighty King. I thank you for all that you have accomplished on my behalf, and on behalf of all God's good creation. There is still much goodness mixed among our corrupt/corruption, and you continue to LOVE and guide us.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for your LOVE; your LOVE is immeasurable. Thank you for sending your beloved son to be our Savior and King. It is he, our Lord Christ, who brings you eternal glory and joy. I love you Father forevermore. I praise you most excellent God above!

Holy Spirit, I praise you for filling my life with God's LOVE and goodness. Your awesome works are God's command; from which you are obedient, righteous and pure. I thank you for being the best part within me, where LOVE and goodness unwaveringly reside. I love you Holy Spirit.

We Are Judged By Our Deeds

ST. MATTHEW 12:30-37
And Jesus said... He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That ever idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

I thank you Lord Christ for being with me every moment, for you speak the truth and you are the guiding light. You've healed my corrupt heart, mind and soul, and I now have favor in our Father's sight. Yet, I need you more and more, for I grow weary of the corruption all around me. I dare not trust in any man but you Oh great Lord. I pray that I remain obedient and loving toward you forevermore; that you remain with me and I with you. Praise you Lord Christ, our mighty Savior and King! Amen

A Merciful Lord

LAMENTATIONS 3:19-32
...Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall. My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me. This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord. It is good for a man that he bear the yoke of his youth. He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne it upon him. He putteth his mouth in the dust; if so be there may be hope. He giveth his cheek to him that smiteth him: he is filled full with reproach. For the Lord will not cast off for ever: But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.

Excellent Father, honorable Lord Christ and wondrous Holy Spirit, I pray unto you for forgiveness of my sins, disobedience and selfishness. I remember my lifetime of ignorance, and my body does bare the scars of my erroneous ways. I give thanks unto you for salvation and love; your love is true and greatest above all.

Praise God! Praise Lord Christ! Praise Holy Spirit! I pray that all others recognize and value your mercies and compassion.

Love Abideth Indeed

I CORINTHIANS 13:1-5
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could move mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up. Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil...

Love is all around us; it's truly not a secret that God keeps from us. He openly and freely proclaims his everlasting love for his children in every moment, yet many do not see. So often we are lost within the abyss of this earthly life and we simply overlook the countless blessings God lovingly provides.

Until Lord Christ uplifted me I had no idea just how lost I was. I honestly believed I was unlovable. Now it's very clear to me that others haven't escaped the torment of such misery. Praise God, Lord Christ and Holy Spirit for the blessed people who are a daily testimony and willing to share this glorious love with others; they follow after charity and spiritual gifts.

Glorious Father and Honorable Lord Christ, I pray for an unwavering heart, from which your love flows unto others as you choose. Lord, lead me in your righteous ways and make your way straight before me.

Hide Not, For God and Christ See All Works

It is more clear to me now that there is a great difference between those who think they know the truth, and those who simply know the truth. Those that think they know must be willing to go to great lengths to try to disprove the truth and try hard to plead their case. Those of us who believe in the truth know there is no disproving it.

PROVERBS 19:5
A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.

My faith in God, Lord Christ and the Holy Spirit is unwavering. Try as hard as one might to pursued me otherwise I remain unmoved. Praise God for his love, rod and staff which protect me from evil! Praise Lord Christ for love, salvation and strength! Praise the Holy Spirit for I remain in love and righteousness!

ISAIAH 5:20-24
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink: which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

I'm not sorry for sharing my life with you, for I hide not. Go and tell the whole world how wretched I've been and all about the sin that dwells within me. I fear not! Until I hear the truth from you I know you are not as close with GOD as you think. I will keep praying for you, for GOD does hear unto my prayers. I am a testimony of God's mercy, forgiveness and love; for GOD has exceedingly given unto me more than I have hoped and prayed.

PSALMS 51:10-13
Create in me a new spirit O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not the Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold in me thy free spirit. Then I will teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

In Due Time

I spoke with a neighbor a few days ago and discovered that he is suffering from a terminal illness; one in which the doctors' estimate no more than five remaining years to live. During our conversation I asked him if his faith in God is strong. To which he replied, "VERY STRONG!" My neighbor, Jim, then added that he knew I was a good christian girl the moment we first spoke. Immediately I felt torn apart inside. I realized that this man, whom I ignored for the first few months after he moved across the street from me, saw past my exterior veneer/unapproachable facade. I'm ashamed that I did not recognize him in the same way.

How is it that I let so much time slip by before doing something nice for someone deserving? Yet, I've rushed to let evil in to my life, which hurt me terribly. Ironic it is how time appears to be a double edged sword. It feels as though it has taken me a lifetime to learn patience, yet, this patience which I now possess allows a fair amount of time to slip away.

ROMANS 5:1-11
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

It wasn't long after my conversation with Jim that God revealed unto me (through the aforementioned scripture and the following poem by Rabindranath Tagore) that time as we know it is irrelevant:

The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough.

Father and Lord Christ, I pray unto you for forgiveness of my trespasses, as I forgive those that have trespassed against me. I pray to be a good friend and neighbor, that uses this blessed life more wisely. I pray that others understand and value patience, experience, hope, joy and love. You have blessed us indeed!

God's Love Conquers All Evil, Vexation and Suffering

I've spent too many years whirling around in unproductive thoughts and behaviors, which have distracted me from God, Lord Christ, Holy Spirit, Truth and Love. The evil that dwells within me (that breeds ignorance and selfishness) has been and may always be my greatest adversary. Even though I have drawn closer unto God, Lord Christ and the Holy Spirit, the ebb and flow of my ignorance and selfishness do remain; a constant reminder of how much love I truly need to be strong in faith and righteousness.

God does love me, for he has blessed me with eyes that see, ears that hear, a heart/body that feels and a soul that experiences...far more than I could ever imagine. Yet, there is much about this life I may never understand; but one thing is clear, I am weak in the flesh! As has happened in my past, I may need to experience the harshness of a fall to learn something monumental. The difference is that I am now armored with faith, hope and true LOVE. God's LOVE conquers all evil, vexation and suffering!

I CORINTHIANS 13:6-13
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Heavenly Father, I pray for others with goodness in their heart to know your love. I pray that Lord Christ bring home all the lost and lonely souls, which when filled with your love will know everlasting joy, peace and comfort. May our minds, hearts and souls be filled with faith, hope and charity forevermore. Amen

Boast Not Thyself, Instead Help Others

Who among us is justified? I know it is not for me to judge; for God has purposed everything and everyone. However, there are times when I seem foreign unto myself; my life is a great mystery that continues to unfold before me. Therefore, I should not be confounded at how exceedingly difficult it is to understand the intentions of others.

One thing is certain, I am a great offender; for I'm guilty of things that I have yet to realize. I'm beginning to understand that I unwillingly participate in lies and deceit when I hide my face, but listen with my ears. It is better to flee when/if there is not yet strength or wisdom to rebuke that which is not good. Corruption is an evil force that has potential of ravaging an abundance. Fear not! We are loved in abundance; thus, God rebuketh Satan and Lord Christ increases our ability to rebuke sin.

PROVERBS 27:1-12
Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day many bring forth. Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips. A stone is heavy, and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath is heavier than them both. Wrath is cruel, and anger is outrageous; but who is able to stand before envy? Open rebuke is better than secret love. Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet. As a bird that wandereth from her nest, so is a man that wondereth from his place. Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart: so doth the sweetness of a man's friend by hearty counsel. Thine own friend, and thy father's friend, forsake not; neither go into thy brother's house in the day of thy calamity: for better is a neighbor that is near than a brother far off. My son, be wise, and make my heart glad, that I may answer him that reproacheth me. A prudent man forseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.

ST. LUKE 17:3-4
Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Father, thank you for your mercy and love! Thank you for sending your beloved son; our honorable savior, Lord Christ, to teach us the truth, patience and obedience. I pray that we be given wisdom and strength to remove sin from our lives and rebuke sin from other's lives; better it is to help another succeed than fail. Amen

To Everything There Is A Season

I have been graced with the opportunity to volunteer my time and abilities to a variety of charitable organizations in the East Bay and San Francisco Bay Areas. Volunteering is truly a gift that keeps giving, as I meet countless people who remind me of the goodness that can come from man. Nevertheless, I know there is endless suffering in this earthly life. Though I may be able to bring comfort to someone, through good works, it is only temporary.

I have a simple understanding, which is that God knows the best for all. I trust in God's way! And with Lord Christ to guide me there shall be goodness and purpose to my life.

ECCLESIASTES 3:1-13
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get , and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; and a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth? I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it. He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God. I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.

I pray unto our Father that all with goodness is their heart know Lord Christ; for his guidance along the path of righteousness will bring forth God's purpose of man, and God's glory will be known.

Wisdom Is Greater Than Gold

Without the loving guidance of Lord Christ nothing good shall come from or of me. Though my intrinsic nature is filled with ignorance and foolishness God has chosen a righteous path for me, and to obtain it I must remain focused upon his love and the love of Lord Christ; their love is highest above all. Certainly I remain fearful of God, impart because I know how tragically lost I am without this unmistakable love.

Often I catch myself rushing through time and space. Sometimes my prayers lack enthusiasm. My attention to detail often seems clouded by impulsive thoughts and actions. Nevertheless, I remain blessed with the ability to call upon our Father, Lord God and Lord Christ for love, peace, joy, wisdom, understanding, comfort and help.

PROVERBS 16:16-25
How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver! The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul. Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he. The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning. Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it: but the instruction of fools is folly. The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips. Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

I pray unto our Father that he keep me humble, obedient, filled with wisdom and able to avoid causing pain. I also pray that all with goodness in their heart seek wisdom and understanding in all ways of living and remain filled with love.
